The bed was comfortable.

The A/C unit was very loud. It worked well, the room was cold, it was just loud. The smoke detectors in the hallway beeped all three days I was there. I'm not sure why the staff wouldn't change the batteries. The shower was bad, the pressure just wasn't great, and the overall state of the bathroom just looked like it needed some major TLC. Overall, the Super 8 ownership probably doesn't really care about having a nice hotel, as there are only 2 options in Dixon (for now). Soon, they will be forced to take pride in their hotel or shut it down.

Property was older but adequate and relatively clean. Strange breakfast, there were only 2 of each item; muffins, honey buns, OJ. Coffee regular only, and green or black tea and hot chocolate which was nice.

The room was in major need of repair, was not as described at all. The continental breakfast consisted of little Debbie honey buns (4 for the entire hotel) & a pot of coffee
