Our window was broken and wouldn't shut or lock. The sheets were thread bare. The comforter was stained bad.

"It's the dirtiest place we've stayed at."

The girl at the desk was delightful and helpful. Another lady also was very kind and also helpful when we couldn't open our room. We were at the wrong room - oops - our mistake!

The room wasn't cleaned well. Spider webs in window. Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well. The lobby wasn't cleaned well either.

Dirty ripped carpet and bedding, mattress and pillows extremely poor, pressure in shower was just a trickle, felt unsafe outside and inside.

The first room had stained (not washed) top and bottom sheets. Torn and bare spots on carpet. I protested and was moved. 2nd room. Very humid, smelly like they had water leakage somewhere. Stained and torn carpet.
