Super 8 by Wyndham St. Cloud

Very much enjoyed stay, convenient location, walkable to amenities

Horrible bed, even though I was upgraded to a King size bed. The carpet was damp, the carpet was ripped and very discolored and dirty. People in parking lot doing drugs, I felt unsafe. No working lights on outside of building. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, A coworker who lives in the area said the hotel is known for prostitution. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Should be banned.

The location is good. The breakfast was Okay.

There is a smell when you get into the hotel. One of the staff just opened my room without knocking while I was in and then said she thought the room was empty. Didn’t you look on your system or was it not updated on your system that someone booked the room?

Staff was helpful.

Property needs a lot of maintenance done.bedding was clean, but the rest of the room cleaning was over looked.

Location

Dirty rooms, carpet was ripped, toilet wasnt attached to the floor, window was broken, rusted closet hanger area.

Room was very clean.

The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though we were in the no smoking room. The doors locks could have been a bit ‘tighter’ and more secure. The toilet needed to be tightened down dramatically! It rocked so bad when you sat in it.
