"Good"

Well let's see, I checked in around 11:30 with front desk and was told my room was not ready, no problem because I had other things to do. Returned after 3pm to wash up and get ready for dinner. Myself and partner were getting ready when all of a sudden the door to our room opens and there's a gentleman standing there with his bags. Well someone Oopsied and gave him a key to our room instead of the across the hall. Not funny!!!

"We had a terrible experience due to bugs in the bed."

My 85 year old mother had to get up in the middle of the night to find bugs in her bed leaving us in severe discomfort and distress. Even though the rooms were changed, the midnight staff and manager did not show genuine concern or offer any type of compensation. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Couldn’t control temperature in room. Either too cold - when air conditioner was running or too warm when it wasn’t Plus could hear EVERY NOISE INSIDE PROPERTY AND OUTSIDE

Shower pressure was terrible. Other than that it was fine. Average at best. Breakfast hours short 6-9. And not much options.
