Good location

Very bad maintain, “very” dirty & cockroaches running around. We spend most of time catching cockroaches. The curtain no one border to hand back & fix it. The sofa was so dirty with stains & torn zippers & smell terrible. Pillow smell terrible like as well.

Before check in the management text us saying need to pay extra deposit for room RM 150, merchant fee RM 19 and RM 15 for per day car park. The check in method and key collection not at the same building it's another apartment. No towel provided, garbage bag only 1, WiFi not working for 2 day and the last part check out time is 11.00 am if after 11 am, they will deduct RM 70 from the deposit. I'm really disappointed with the management. Really not recommended for stay at this place. I hope booking. Com pls look at this matters.. The check out time is not follow malaysia tourism at all.
