Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money My experience with this property was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price I paid. It felt like everything was about money first, and guest comfort came last. The house was not clean at all and was poorly maintained. It had a strong unpleasant smell, and things only got worse from there. After just one day, it rained, and water leaked through the window until it flooded inside. We were the ones who had to clean it up ourselves. The service was very poor. We had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like towels, and we also had to follow up for repairs to the washing machine, lights, and air-conditioning. Most of the cleaning supplies had to be bought by us. To make things worse, I was charged RM260 per month just for parking something many other places provide for free. That was a time nearly about 45 min there was no electricity due to outstanding they have cut the electricity. As I have to contact the management and update to the owner. And I waited all most 45min for the electricity to on back. It seem my package is included cleaning services per week 2 times but he only asked me for last week of our stay about the cleaning services. After I did the survey I notice there other agent never requested for parking fees eventually for dog stay too! I surprised and I have stay there for 3 months and I pay for dog stay and also the parking. The staff didn’t seem attentive or prepared to handle guests’ needs. After a many request then only we received. One of the most frustrating parts of our stay was the unprofessional communication. When we requested an extension, the agent was extremely rude. He gave us only two options: pay immediately or check out the next day by 11 AM. We were forced to rush and clean the entire house that same night, even though my elderly parents were with me, and my mother had just undergone surgery.

Location of the property was the only good thing about this place. The apartment itself was not very clean, the bathrooms are slightly mouldy. the sofa was dirty with stains on them. place is infested with cockroaches. The pictures are very deceiving. If you booking from another country would recommend you forgo this property. The instructions for getting into the apartment was terrible we wasted 30-45mins sorting it out and had to seek help from another resident. Barely spoke english hard to communicate. the outside of the property is extremely dirty garbage everywhere and mould.

Even the staff quite slow response but he did the best my request to add 1 more parking & depo payment.

Too dirty! So many cockroaches in the kitchen. The stove doesn't work. The aircond i think not service at all. Mini market at ground floor too foggy & smokey! Too many people smoking there.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-managed.

The only downsides were having just one access card for the room, which was a bit inconvenient for a group, and the parking being located on a high floor, which made it slightly less accessible.!
