The booked room was not available for us on the booking date. Very poor management and no notice was given about the problem.

The lift to units are very troublesome. When we went the BOMBA lift was not working so had to take 3 lifts to go one unit. Each lift only goes to specific units, which was a headache & to carry all the things and to keep on moving from one lift to another is so terrible. No proper facilities were given, they gave an old iron which was already burnt & it burned my graduation gown a night before my graduation. The extra beds provided didnt had bedsheets on it and probably the bed had bed bugs. Its written pet friendly in the app but on the day of booking the host was telling me the unit is not my friendly but when I questioned why it wasn’t mentioned in the app , he just gave lame excuses saying that they didnt update in the app but somehow after I scolded him for telling me last minute he agreed.

I like the lazy river spa, but they tell me no water, so cannot use
