1. The host's attitude seemed unfriendly during my stay. This impacted my overall experience. 2. The kitchenware provided was poor in quality, which made it difficult to prepare meals comfortably. 3. There was a noticeable amount of damage in the property that should be addressed for future guests' satisfaction. 4. The pillows were not clean, which is concerning for hygiene and comfort purposes. 5. The toilet was not clean during my stay, which is essential for a comfortable and hygienic experience. This should be addressed for the convenience of future guests. 6. Hair dryer not provided. 7. Unpleasant smells at here so uncomfortable.

The private Lift

Check in was easy. Instructions were clear though they gave us the wrong wifi ID and password which we had to clarify. Very good value for money as rooms were large and comfortable. Private lift makes it very exclusive and security was good. Night view was beautiful too.

There was no smart TV. The tap in kitchen seemed to be leaking with water pooled under the microwave. We couldn’t use any facilities like swimming pool or lazy river as they were under maintenance. If they informed us we wouldn’t have wasted luggage space with swim stuff.
