"I couldn’t get anyone to the desk to check in, had to find somewhere else at the last minute."

I had to find alternate lodging. The employee or manager called me repeatedly the day of arrival pestering me about arrival time although they claim to have a 24 hour desk. I finally left my family event I had traveled for to go check in, only to have no one there when I arrived, no response when I rang the bell, and no answer when I called multiple times.

Staff was rude and creepy, and lobby looked unkempt and dirty, grounds did not look maintained

"Not worth the stay ! They have Roaches and uncomfortable beds !"

Staff very friendly. Room was big . Convince to food and other stores.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows was very flat and uncomfortable. There was roaches in the room !!!! Was completely disgusted!
