Super 8 by Wyndham Morristown/South

I asked for the room to be cleaned and no one came in 4 days, towels had holes, mirror off the wall, bathroom sink didn't work... and drug dealers followed me in and out made me VERY nervous, 6 minimum drug dealers guarding all floors and stood out by my vehicles. And breakfast was a joke... drug dealers drank ALL coffee day and night and ate the only food available GRINOLA BARS, WHICH ISN'T BREAKFAST. so you shouldn't advertise complimentary breakfast. you should really consider getting the railing fixed.That is completely off the wall, except one screw holding it.You should consider getting the downstairs bathroom cleaned up so we aren't smelling it, and you should consider your patrons before you consider the drug dealers.

They put us in a room with no tv and I didn’t feel safe

Show up to property and took about 45 minutes to check in and than after that get a dirty room smelling like straight up smoke and not even clean was really disappointed ☹️

The only thing I liked about the property was the staff, they were nice

There are a few things I didn’t like about the property. There was nowhere to park our truck we had to make a space, I reserved a king room and was given a room with two full beds, the bathroom was super small, the floor was wet and it’s a spot I walked over and felt like I could fall through it, and my room smelled like cigarette smoke it was very strong.

This was the awfullest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Couch in room was stained with who knows what! I wouldn't have put my dog in it. Totally unacceptable. No towels and the ones that were were stained. No cups. No bath mat. And room wasn't touched while we were gone for 13 hrs. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Carpet was nasty. Commode was loose from floor. Check took 20 minutes. No one was at desk and it took 20 minutes for someone to come to check us in Totally unacceptable Advertized breakfast was nothing but a granola bar. Cigarette butts in front of entrance totally dissatisfied. Felt we should have have total refund.

they wouldn't help us out in time of need

Horrible ! Sheets never changed despite claiming every 3 days would change . 2 towels regardless how many people and those 2 towels will not get changed out ! Thin bedspreads with stains obviously not washed in months ,no blankets, pillows worn out long ago . Sheets stained ,tears . No housekeepers to collect trash , vacuum carpet that still has trash in floor from previous people in room , dust 1/4 inch thick beside tv , behind lamps. Pillows worn out long ago, the free breakfast consist of 1 hard granola bar , no coffee, no juice unless you bring your own , the coffee in the room stay away from it's been there so long it's stale! Rude desk clerks that think they don't need customers to keep the place open . There are 4 hotels within feet and sight that not only charge less but actually have housekeepers and give good service line hotels are supposed to . If you want a clean room and expect service to your room that you are paying for and a breakfast that is not an old granola bar don't stay at this one . Obviously the wyndom name now stands for filth and no service! This is always the most expensive hotel on booking sites with the worst rooms .
