Easy access to the highway.

The coffee maker in the room was missing the filter basket so we couldn't make coffee. The blanket on the bed had a cigarette burn in it and it was a non-smoking room. There was nothing left for breakfast by 8:30, not even coffee. We had to go to a restaurant to get something to eat.

Easy access from the highway.

Dirty: urine on the floor in the bathroom, room smelled of urine, floors were dirty, countertops dirty. Shower was not operational. Ice maker was difficult to use.

They had hot water.

When I checked in the front desk told me that they canceled my reservation because I had not checked in by 5pm. I didn't even make my reservation until 8:30pm. Then they charged me a higher rate than what booking had confirmed. They couldn't give me a receipt said the printer was broken. He said he would email me a receipt. I never received a receipt. Time had changed and I guess no one knew because they didn't change the alarm clock so when I was in the shower they called and said if I wasn't staying then I needed to leave. The shower was like standing on a hill because it leaned to the side.
