This hotel needs to be gutted and redone inside. Took some pics if you want Book tv guide useless. Nothing matched and only half of channels No maid knocked to see if we needed towels or empty trash. Coffee maker dirty. Bathtub needed replaced years ago. It’s patched inside with something. I have pictures if needed.

The location wasn’t bad

The room was filthy. Shower head sprayed more water on ceiling than in shower

Staff was friendly

Got to room and all the cabinets was open Mold in the refrigerator No towels Spider webs in sink Had an awful oder in the room I will never stay again

This hotel has a great location—right next to McDonald’s, with a restaurant inside, an indoor pool, and a clean, quiet parking lot. Not all staff are welcoming, but once you speak up and stand your ground, the service improves. That said, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff is outstanding. They do their jobs well and are the reason the property stays presentable. I also value how close this hotel is to my traveling job, which makes it a solid option overall.

The deposit is sprung on guests at check-in and is not clearly disclosed during booking. Not everyone travels with an extra $100–$150 available on one card or in cash. This should be made obvious before booking, not after arrival.

I’m sorry there is not much to like, the person who helped us was nice

It was so dirty, spiderwebs on the ceiling with spiders and cockroaches with poison to kill them in reach of children.. the floor was not cleaned in a long time the past people had animals, you could see the dog hair on the bed sheets and dog food on the floor the fridge had hair in it. The list goes on I’m in total shock! It was so bad. And we were charged twice!!
