"It was okay."

I flew out to West Michigan to visit my daughter who turned 16 on the 21st. The room was spacious and well lit. The bed was a bit hard and I ended up waking up each morning feeling sore. The Internet was a bit dated and would either not connect or would constantly drop connection. The staff didn't change the Linens everyday and only did it when I asked them to. The shower while having great water pressure and hot water always made noise like their is air in the pipes. I'd stay here again if they update the hotel because it does need it.

Everything was very outdated. Mattress was poor, pillows were terrible. Blankets pretty non existent. Felt like I was transported back to the 70s.

"Great place for a good nights rest."

Nice accommodations. Friendly staff always willing to help. Great location, with close access to the expressway. Centrally located between Grand Rapids and Holland with many restaurants near by, not to mention Lake Michigan parks and lighthouses.

Smelled really bad could not even stay left after 10 mins of being in the room. Hall way had an order of dead animal or sewage made me feel sick..I’d ask for a refund if I could the room was just gross key didn’t work right away and the lock was missing some how the bed was still dirty.
