Close to everything that was a necessity, easy to travel on the highway which was close by

Some of the other customers there were rude, creepy, and could tell they were addicts. Before even checking in walking to the office door, there was a marijuana pipe and lighter sitting on the curb. IT WAS NOT FROM THE STAFF. It was from another person staying there. I’m so glad I decided not to bring my children. That would have been a conversation I would not want to have.

Cleanliness of the room.

Staff was not at the front desk most of the time. Our fridgerator did not work. The bath drain was plugged. Stayed for 3 nights and the room remained uncleanness and had to go ask for towels from the room keepers. The bed had a crease/chasm in the mattress.

"Infested with cockroaches, feces and vomit smells"

Expedia.com made a mistake, so they sent to me to this Travelodge, Hudsonvill, MI. First, the bathroom was infested with cockroaches, and the toilet bowl filled with previous guests' feces and hairs. The shower area was filthy. It was late at night on Saturday, and according to the Expedia Relocation Team, it was the only room left in this area. We did not bring up any issue while staying there, but the entire room smelled after someone's vomit. The couch was very dirty with bugs. The bed was really bad. It was a nighmarish hell. The worst room I have ever stayed in my life!
