"Very unrestful and you have my wife’s name on the review and she didn’t even stay with me!"

Elevator broken before my stay and not scheduled to be fixed until after my stay. Black out curtains wouldn’t close and lights from out side lighted my room. The heater control in the room didn’t work and it was chilly in the morning. Bathroom light was on automatic switch and when it came on it stayed on long after you left the bathroom giving to much light to watch TV and the TV did not have a program guide! Oh and it sounded like I was on the run way with planes taking off and landing. I have stayed at both the Westin and Aloft and didn’t have that much noise!

"So disappointed."

This was supposed to be one night on the way to trip to Northern California and another on the way back and we canceled our second night a week later. The elevator was not working when we checked in or out and there was frankly zero apology. They were going to put us on the fourth floor and have us carry luggage and bags up and there’s no way we could physically do that. The front desk clerk did it up but we had to in way out. I understand things happen but there was no sign in the lobby snd no apology. The room seemed relatively clean, but the bedding needed to be replaced. Just disappointed as we have done these one-day trips on each end before and thus just not acceptable.

Convenience to sfo Breakfast was quick and easy Shuttles served me well, good times

Heater too noisy All takeoff and landings drones in room it felt Check in stupid. Tkt. At gate Got room key that wouldn't open gate to leave location for dinner. Had to go inside and have clerk open gate by hand. Very annoying. Plus, asian woman disappeared so had to wait for her return. No bell at desk.

Unfriendly staff. The property needs an update and repairs. Equipment not working like ice machine down, front gates do not work. No stock for laundry soap. Out since Friday and staff do not know if there is stock.
