The property is very nice. It is gated, and parking was $35 per night. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Great place. Awesome service. If for any reason you missed or gonna miss a flight so tou can not make it to the hotel. Call expedia 24 hours early so they can change it or pay extra for your reservation so that you won’t lose tour money or points.

"No good crooks"

Nothing. I canceled this over a month ago, within the 24 hour cancelation period and they still charged me. I'm still fighting them now to get me money back. The kicker is, they told me they'd refund me, then changed their minds. I have it in writing though. I'll continue to Persue this. But I'd never stay there based on this alone.

See above. They're not people of their word. Don't stay there, go to a LaQuinta instead

We stayed at your location 1755 Old Bayshore Hwy, Burlingame, CA 94010 The stay was great. What made the experience exceptional was the encounter with your team member:Lane. I had questions about taking the bus to downtown San Francisco since there was a stop right outside of the hotel. Lane provide me with the bus schedule and times the bus would arrive. She even after checking with here colleague advised that the bus may not be the best way to go and suggested the BART. She explained how and where to catch the BART and the details Lane provided were spot on. She even checked on us when arrived back at the hotel to see how our trip was downtown we even joked about how fast the BART goes. Lane is the kind of person that helps create an exceptional experience She was always happy to help even when I asked multiple questions sometimes more than once. Thank you for all your help Lane and for making my wife and I 30th anniversary even more special. Please share this feedback with Lane so she knows how much we appreciate her.
