"Great Location and Friendly Staff"

Great location, close to the Brook Park train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a mall right next door. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use a little updating, but overall everything was good. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

"Okay but not again"

Parking was good with easy access to the hotel

Breakfast was disappointing, and the front desk staff were not very friendly. The room had a strong urine odor. I called the front desk to request a room change, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. They offered to send someone to spray the room, but no one ever showed up. The bathtub had visible mold, and I found several spiders in the room. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations, making for an unpleasant stay.

Amenities, clean, comfortable and modern rooms.

Was informed by the front desk that there an overbook and there was only one room left in the whole hotel despite doing a pre arrival check list one day prior to my arrival. Staff accommodated me and my family in the end, but it’s concerning this type of policy.
