La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

Wow, where to begin. First of all the reception at the front desk. A young gal shows up in jeans and a shirt, not very presentable. Then she gives me my room key, tells me what floor and what room with two men standing right behind me. What happened to not sharing that information out loud for security and safety reasons? The bath tub was deplorable with cracks along the entire bathtub. The room itself was clean but the bathtub was a so bad so I asked for another room. Got another room and the bathtub was not much better. The drain area was so worn out, the handle was lose and again complete cracking around the tub. If I was at a hotel where I was being charged $70 a night, I could understand, but this is under the branding of a Wyndham! (Wyndham, are you listening!!) Someone needs to come in and at least calk so it looks more presentable. Next, no hot water. They did get it "fixed" but the water was more like warm. The drain in the bathroom sink was a slow drain. There was no soap at the sink. After my first night, I left for the day to come back to see that there had been no housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn't need sheets changed and I want to be a good patron of my environmental footprint; however, when I called to find out about housekeeping I was told they only do it on WEDNESDAYS! Again, this is a Wyndham brand hotel. But, in the bathroom there is a sign (which I do have pics) that says every three days housekeeping comes in. So which is it? From my experience, I put my money on Wednesdays. This was not a $125/night hotel - not even close. Stay away! And if you are the management reading this or a Wyndham representative, remember that these reviews are TEACHING you about your service and products and not doing something about it is a huge mistake!

Quietness, pool but the Whirlpool wasn't available, was looking forward to the Whirlpool. The Breakfast was very good just wish it would've lasted to 10am.

The location was very good. Very close to food and shopping.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The linens had stains on them. The heat/ ac was falling apart and couldn't control how hot or cold the room was. The lights on the sides of the beds were broken off so there was hardly any light.The door lock cover was hanging in by one screw. We lost hot water after our first night. The walls in the bathroom had rot on them as well at the tub sorrounding. We ended up leaving the next day due to no hot water. We had an event we had to go to that night but were late because we had to book another room at another hotel just so we can take a shower. We were told a manager would not be on site until Monday so there was basically nothing they could do to rectify anything.

It was a place to stay to catch super early flight.

The tub faucet was dripping all night. Needed some maintenance work around the tub. Called the front desk about 5 times about a blaring television and was told they would talk to the guest about it. Had to be up super early and didn’t appreciate not being able get some rest for our flight.The hot tub was broke and pool was cold.

Sleep was good there, decorations looked good, and had the breakfast area close to my room.

Same food, but the food was ok. They would have had fruits also. The coffee was ok. The toaster was working half good like on the right side. They need to renovate the tub because the paint was peeling off in some parts of it. The water system was working sometimes warmer or colder. The hot tub from the pool area was unavailable.

My room on the second floor wrapped around the two elevator shafts and I could hear the ups and downs, doors opening and closing and guests talking all night long Slept maybe one hour. AWEFUL
