Fabulous public lounges,wonderful food,outstanding service

Would have ate dinner in resturant, but only seemed to have set 3 courses.

Beautiful building in most convenient location, in fantastic North Wales town.

Superb welcome and check-in process, shown to our room and shown the facilities within. Good breakfast with waiter service for the cooked food. Lovely bar and lounge area, great for after dinner drinks or your nightcap before bed.

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were engaging, helpful and polite. The hotel is Central and has many great features. What is not to like.

We had a very enjoyable stay, and will definitely come back. The receptionist Mary was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The only slight negative was at breakfast. The toast arrived as soon as we got seated, so was cold when we ate it, and it felt a bit rushed. Maybe leave the toast until people order their cooked breakfast. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about it

The empire was perfect everything about it also close to all pier ect easy parking rooms clean bed comfy meals excellent already booked for nov would highly recommend

We haven't stayed at the Empire hotel before but will definitely be back, friendly helpful staff, good service and food, beautiful hotel with pool and spa, pool was lovely
