Everything about the stay was superb.

Old-style hotel and good waiter service

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was small but clean and comfy. Air con didn’t really work, room got quite hot during the night. Breakfast was nice. Overall I think it’s overpriced

Beautiful stylish hotel with lovely staff and high standards...Great location for restaurants, shopping, Trip up to the Orme..Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The spa facilities were excellent, allowed one to relax after roaming around town. Great food, with good choice for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel looked tired and some furnishings need replacing clean but could be better , curtains had splash marks on The staff very polite and friendly Ok for a couple of nights

Beautiful old-world surroundings with a modern touch and excellent customer service, both in reception and the dining room. The location is ideal for a short walk to local shops, the beach and the tram to Great Orme. We particularly enjoyed a singalong in the piano bar after dinner!

Swimming pool didn’t feel or smell clean and we didn’t enjoy that part of our stay. Was a big anti climax to what looked amazing in the pictures. Probably explained why it was empty

The Hotel was nicely decorated,spotless and close to the Town Centre,and the promenade.The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them and the excellent Elyse. Thanks too all.
