The Empire Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing time and took advantage of the wonderful pool aswell. The room was nice and very comfy with amazing views of Llandudno. Breakfast was nice but would have liked more options at the buffet as not a big fan of hot breakfasts. Overall very nice stay.

Lovely place. My only criticism was the lack of Evening meal options/ You had to have a 5 course set menu which is too much for a lot of people. Would have liked to one,two or three course option. Was told you can have one course but it is the same price. Hardly seems fair. Would still go back though.

Was disappointed for the price we paid. The room had stains on the headboard and curtains, the windows were very difficult to open and the pool smelt terrible. The breakfast was not nice at all and the service left a lot to be desired. It felt like it was meant to have a classic feel but just seemed dated and tatty. There’s a lot nicer places to stay for a better price.

We were in town for an local event. As ever the staff and service were second to none. A great hotel, the pool and spa area is always appreciated! Close to all and everything Llandudno and the surrounding area has to offer.

Beautiful hotel we always enjoy our stay here. The staff are always happy and busy.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Llandudno but this is definitely one of the best.

A most beautiful hotel and perfect comfortable room. The staff went above and beyond as i was using crutches. Such very pleasant and happy staff. Meals totally outstanding. Will definitely be back!
