Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that only soft drinks are included in all inclusive rates. Alcoholic drinks are not included. This hotel is for families and couples - single rooms are bookable as part of a family or couple booking - no male groups/parties can book at the hotel without prior agreement from the hotel management. Some extra charges or taxes can be requested on arrival.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
