The staff was very kind, the pool large and clean although there is so much people inside, the staff cleans the room every day during our stay

The buffet was varied but the quality of food very poor, we can find sometimes damages salads or tomatoes or fruits. The beach in front of the hotel was not clean, we walked a little bit in the right to find a better beach but not so good.

Receptionist and pool staff are very good, room pool atmosphere exelant.

Waiters at the restaurant are not as good as the other staff at the hotel, they treat the customer very badly that is really annoying.

J'ai réservé 3 nuits, suite à l'avis d'une collègue tunisienne. Dès le 1er repas, je savais que je ne voulais rester : les personnes bruyantes qui se servent énormément et laissent des assiettes remplies sur les tables. Difficile de trouver des couverts propres. Nappes tâchées. Pas de verres... J'ai demandé un lit double... devinez... soit je dormais dans le trou, soit seule, séparée de mon conjoint. Bref, nous avons laissé une 2ème journée passée mais nous sommes partis au Radisson Blue. Rien à voir.

Hotel Palm Azur is recommended, the room was nice and comfortable, food was various and delicious, friendly staff and helpful. Will stay again.

Food bad smell/odour all over the hotel, never found like this in any hotel. They keep the kitchen and dining door open and there is no enough ventilation. Staffs may be used to with that bad odour but anybody come from outside-it’s just too bad. Kitchen staff are not friendly at all. I’m one occasion they refused to sit on window side as we are two and that table is for 4, no single table for two by the window side. Huge language barrier among all staffs even on front desk. Room amenities quite old and not in perfect order and condition. Did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. I’m a world traveler, I recommend to learn the good hotel business from other good hotels.
