Lake View Hotel

Lovely hotel. We went for a quick 2 night stay with our teenage boys. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and of course we loved he pool and hot tub after our long days of walking and biking.

The staff was great, let us keep our luggage in a holding area before we could check in, and kept it until we were ready to leave on the ferry. Great front porch with rocking chairs and different flavored waters in the lobby. The pool and hot were nice. Our room had the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Large walk in shower, changing table and shelves to stores lots of stuff.

Excellent hotel very convenient to the ferry. Rooms were updated and well appointed. Staff was great and check in took 2 seconds. Highly recommend the Lakeview Hotel.

Extremely smooth check in process, our room was ready early and we were texted so were made aware. The room was large and clean, the shower was a walk in with 2 shower heads, we liked that you could open the windows and hear street noise and the horses but when closed, there was no noise. The balconies overlooking the street were a nice place to sit at night and the front porch rocking chairs got used more than we expected. The coffee in the lobby was also better than we expected and we would get a cup at 6am and go for a walk down Lakeshore before the island became busy. Lots of bike parking made bringing our bikes easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled hotel. Great to have an indoor hot tub and pool, for days that the weather isn't optimal for all the outdoor activities that Mackinac Island has to offer. Perfect location, central to everything. Wonderful, friendly service. Amazing porch and balconies to sit on and watch the hustle and bustle of town go by. Appreciated that Pack & Plays were available so that we didn't have to cart more stuff over on the ferry.

The room was exquisite. It was beautiful and very clean. The bedding was very comfy! The location is the best, right across the street from the docks, in the heart of the business district. We had a lovely stay.

Rough visit. Small rooms, closet for 1 only. Cleaning carts left all over. Took my extra pillows off bed. We called the front desk and the cards were eventually removed after a couple of hours… We called after the next day of sleeping rough after they took my pillows. Got the pillows back… Just felt that for the price and experience in the room size it was not our thing the closet was Pretty much just a bar hanging with no room for me so I had to give it up to my wife I pretty much lived out of my suitcase.
