Windjammer Landing Resort and Residences

I went on a solo trip and felt very safe. Staff were very professional. Food was expensive for the portions that were served. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I’ll definitely be back

The primary advantage is the views from the property. We stayed in family suite I think and the views of the ocean and the mountain were great from there. All of the stays are in the mountain side so I believe views will be great. You need to use their shuttle to go up and down from your room to the lobby from where you have access to the beach and restaurants. The cars if you take a rental will also need to be parked near the lobby. Though everything is good the restaurants inside are expensive. If you are taking all Inclusive then no bother but otherwise if you have a rental car you will have flexibility to go nearby restaurants and pick food up. The pool and the beach is really good.

The view was spectacular and love that the motorsports were included. The ambassadors were very helpful and accomodating. Thank you to all of the hard workers at the Windjammer!

Manque de patience du personnel Climatisation peu fonctionnelle Service de shuttle (appel à plusieurs reprises mais pas de navette qui vient nous chercher) Room service (décevant)

Les restaurants étaient très bons. La mise à disposition de Netflix était appréciable. Le personnel était génial (accueillant, à l’écoute, souriant et recherchant des solutions à toutes nos sollicitations). Les équipements permettaient un séjour dans l’hôtel : loisirs nautiques, salle sport bien équipée avec des machines récentes, plusieurs restaurants avec une nourriture de qualité, commerces, navettes réactives,…

Le canapé il était très inconfortable. Il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles. Il y avait des excréments dans les toilettes quand nous sommes arrivés. Les hamacs dans l’eau nécessitaient un entretien ( nettoyage). Il y avait des travaux donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter du restaurant et de la plage à côté de notre chambre. Dommage.

Devoir gérer et insister de 15h à 22h le premier jour pour avoir un lit pour notre fille de 10 ans (oublié). Mais Helen la responsable adjointe une fois saisi du problème à tout bien géré

We went to Windjammers for our honeymoon and we were both over the moon with our experience. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, going the extra mile to make our trip so special. The resort itself is beautiful with a range of things to do, bars and resturants. We loved the beautiful beach, the wonderful staff and magnitute of trips and available.

Taxi's in St Lucia are quite expensive for those who want to explore further. The walk to the main road where there are other restuarants is about 1 mile and we did that a few times. There isn't much need to leave the wonderful resort other than we like to explore.
