"Really good, out of season"

Service was really good generally. Several issues with room were attended to and resolved super fast and efficiently (eg water,, Wi-Fi etc). Shuttle buses to and from accommodation was excellent with fast responses and the drivers so polite and courteous. Room was heavily discounted so was good value but would’ve been below expectations and poor value if full rate was charged. Breakfast choices good and food at Dragonfly and Upper Deck was very good. Beach was lovely and also quiet. Beach service was really good, until the resort got busier.

Large Cockroaches running around in Jammers restaurant ignored by staff (first we’ve ever seen in any of the Caribbean islands). Service levels dropped when it got slightly busier. Room nothing like photos advertised (old, outdated) but really comfy bed and balcony with fab sunset views compensated for any disappointment.

Windjammer was an excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the property feels private and peaceful, which makes it perfect for both couples and families. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the huge breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but truly immaculate—such a great way to start each day. The hotel also offers plenty of water sports and activities, which kept things fun and exciting throughout my stay. Overall, Windjammer combines stunning scenery, amazing service, and a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
