Windjammer Landing Resort and Residences

It was a nice setup. The hotel is really beautifully designed.

Most of the staff wasn’t very friendly, especially the women. The food was average and it took 10 minutes to get warm water in the shower.

Staff here were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The beach is beautiful and the water sports were an added bonus. One bed villa is spacious and clean. It was in a quiet location and the shuttles up to the rooms were essential.

Food at hotel restaurants in the evenings is good quality but very small portions and expensive. We had a meal in the Dragonfly one evening and it was disappointingly small. Good tasty food but small and overpriced. We would have liked more local food. Other holiday makers commented on food prices too. The curries were good in other restaurants but expensive. Cocktails weren't very strong!

1. No variery of teabag in the room (no kettle either, there is Nesspresso machine that warms up water) 2. Insulation of walls needs improvement - I can hear people upstairs 3. TV needs Netflix connection - it's 2026

We have loved Windjammer for 25 years and the facilities have been improved since we were last there. Food was consistently excellent.

We were there in school holidays and it felt very full. Service was very patchy and slow including one morning a 45 minute queue for a breakfast table and one evening an hour to wait for food. Unacceptable in a hotel of this standard.

Staff were very friendly, the resort was safe, the room was clean, and the buffet breakfast was the best deal every morning. The resort shuttle transportation is a great solution to get around as the property is extremely hilly... the excursion office offers fun to do things on the island.

The Steak restaurant was way overpriced and the mart on the resort is a total price gouge. The spa was way overpriced for a massage...just realize when you are at the resort everything is expensive....
