Misleading management practice. - Sell to you expensive Ocean Front view room in the building that’s under maintenance. At arriving time assign you to small cheapest room with pool and restaurant kitchen view and promise to pay compensation. What next – you never received compensation. - Promise to print smallest room invoice at checkout and nothing back till departure. - Free WiFi is fiction and available in lobby only. Your room doesn’t have WiFi at all. - No room Service and bottle water only available in the room. Room equipment is unreliable and need every second day call to Reception to fix. In a week we had: - Air-condition water leak inside room!!! - Phone line was not working all term. How do you call reception for assistance? :( - Shower leaking. - No hot water in shower – little or medium warm only. - Room too small to unpack your staff. Too many issues for one week! Loud outside. Very loud music all day and night on the beach, pools and restaurants areas. Every second day EXTREMELY loud music at the evening and night during wedding ceremonies till 11PM. You can hear it well inside your room with door closed. And what MOST TERRIBLE that Booking.com Customer service did nothing to fix it after issue was reported. No help, No Compensation and we're very sorry only about it Shame of BOOKING :(

Free wifi that doesn’t work well at all! Didn’t receive the room we booked, spent the first night sleeping apart. Food was below average, choices always the same! Buffet was not one to cater to all ethnicities and more to cater to the locals. There’s only so much rice, beans and fish a person can eat when it’s at all 3 meals! Ala cart…..maybe 1-2 of 5 open a night and you had to be down at the desk by 8am to reserve as the QR code didn’t work, so then you were lucky to get a reservation at all by the time it was your turn. 1 of 10 days the room actually smelled clean, the vanity sink always had ants , I guess it depended on which housekeeper you got that actually cleaned. Most times, the rooms weren’t made up until 3-4pm. Most entertainment during the day was for kids and night entertainment was next to nil. Missing light bulbs and a non working phone in our friends room took 4 days to get fixed or replaced. Watered down alcohol. The website needs a huge update because nothing was what they advertise! 4.5 stars when booking and literally would give them 2 and that’s being generous. Very sad first experience. It definitely was not the city, it was the resort! Off resort adventures were amazing!

Worst place I have ever stayed at booked king rooms got 2 doubles more like a single bed got to room no coffee makers no stocked fridge no light bulbs in lamps blow feet smelled like it was gonna blow up room phone didn’t work. Took three days to get lightbulbs and a new blow. Dryer took eight days for a new room phone. They advertise for five-a la cart restaurants . You’re lucky if you get one or two a night and it’s usually the same ones. The buffets are terrible. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English. Rooms not made up on regular basis Wifi is terrible The beds are like sleeping on boards there so hard TVs pixels are shot Do not stay here

Ocean view is good, but it isnt actually "Ocean view" more like, "Close to the beach". This place is huge, so if you want to actually see the ocean, there is another offering called "Ocean Front View". Areas are clean, staff is friendly, good amenities and pools are spread throughout the entire property. Good service in overall.

The buffets were great. The adult pool was great. Our room was old and in need of a Reno but it was clean. We had a minor back up in our shower but it did drain eventually without leaving a huge mess.

La playa estaba miy bonita y el hotel cuenta con varias albercas. El sport bar tenía un capuchino muy rico. El arroz con leche del restaurante de comidas estaba muy bueno, de todo lo que tenían de comer era lo mejor.

Me cayó una lámpara del baño encima al salir de la regadera, al parecer estaba floja, pero iba con mi hijo pequeño y me preocupa que un descuido así pudo haberle pasado a él, llamé de inmediato a recepción y tardó más de 20 min la persona de mantenimiento que fue a barrer el piso repleto de vidrios y solo dijo: ay, que pena, que tenga buena tarde. En mi último día de estancia pedí hablar con alguien de atención al huésped sobre el incidente porque le dieron cero importancia y como "compensación" me ofrecieron uso de instalaciones un par de horas más pero entregando habitación, entonces como fue a quemarropa y demás, olvidé una gorra y traje de baño en la terraza de la habitación porque no los guardé de inmediato por estar muy mojados en ese momento, al consultar si podía recoger mis cosas, me dijeron que lo lamentaban pero nunca las vieron. Pésimo de verdad, me quedó un morete en el brazo por la caída de la lámpara, me robaron hasta mis cosas, las albercas llenas de piedritas o de arena y al caminar dentro de ellas te contaban la planta del pie. Poca variedad en comida y se les acababa en seguida lo que estaba con sabor regular, así que solo te decían que ya mo había.

The all inclusive, very nice staff, the beach area was great. Service was top notch.

No food after 10pm. Having to book dinner for the four restaurants was difficult and in order to make sure you got a table you have to get up and be at the receptionist by 7:30-8:00 am.
