Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark

Just arrived today! But as of right now I am not impressed with the guest service, arrived in the room to find no shower curtain in the bathroom. Attempted to call multiple times on room phone and cell phone with no answer and voicemail apparently full. Kids were ready to go out and see the ocean so went out, attempted to call on cell phone while out but still no answer. Got back to the room around 8, finally able to get someone and they said they would send someone with one, no one arrived. Called back around 10 to ask still said they were sending someone to bring it. Finally at 1130 husband calls again and they inform him this time that they don’t have any that we will have to wait until 1030 Am when house keeping arrives to get one from them. Which they could have told me that 3 hours ago when we called the 1st time. How do they say a room is ready for guest to be in without a shower curtain. So my kids finally were able to go to sleep after me trying to keep my 4 year old awake because I didn’t want them going to bed without a shower, that they still didn’t get because I won’t give them baths in hotels. Very annoyed and tired momma!

Love this place! Great pool area restaurant in bar all in one area. Great place for families.

Brittany at the front desk was amazing. She was a sweetheart and she was very nice. She gave us pointers on things to do and places to eat. The resort was top notch! Can’t wait to be back!

Everything under the sun was a complaint for me. Never have I been humiliated and manipulated so bluntly in my life.

I like having indoor and outdoor pools. The tiki bar, game room and restaurant inside the hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I did not like that they only had a door for where the toliet and shower was and they could have had another door to close off the kitchen area.
