"Outstanding Hospitality"

We had a three night reservation at the Fairfield hotel which is next door to the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival at the Fairfield we were informed that their internet service wasn’t working and they had no idea when it would be up and running. Fairfield offered to cancel our reservation if we found other accommodations. We walked into Holiday Inn and were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of staff member Sophia. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had a refrigerator and microwave. Housekeeping was very good each day. The breakfast is standard for a hotel of this class and the breakfast area gets crowded. In the end, our bill at Holiday Inn Express was $52 less than Fairfield would have been for the three night stay.
