Your staff is great! Your room layout is perfect!! Your breakfast is SO GOOD!!! This is the nicest hotel (not biggest, not most expensive) we have ever stayed at!!

We had a group stay at the hotel and we were met with so many disappointments by one front desk staff all three days. We will be addressing the unpleasant experiences directly with management. Employee professionalism and customer service must improve with staff.
