Sea Dip

Being able to look at the ocean from our balcony was fabulous. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again

The first room they put us in was very old and worn..the paint was peeling off the walls and the headboard and the stove top was terrible. The second room they moved us to was messy and we realized someone was still using the room.. The third room they moved us to was much better.. we were able to relax and use the pool with the family.

The room was sweating inside, the ceiling and floors were wet due to the humidity, the water dripping from ceiling was falling on the bed. But, I made due of the room.

I can see why they have 3 stars. The place is run down and customer service is terrible. The was rust on my fridge in an ocean view, I payed a week ahead of time for their best room and it was so bad. All my reviews on Google are good because I'm a very kind person so most of the time they are kind back. The owner denied me for an early check out because of an emergency which is real. I left the state immediately, it wasn't like I wanted a different place cause it was just me and I'll deal with it.They said no refunds and I asked to even tell them what happened and they said no I don't wanna hear it and didn't even give me 35 seconds to say why. I understand business is business but reviews being in the business. I didn't expect all my money back but since I left 4 days early maybe half would have been nice but I wasn't even allowed to talk they hung up on me 2 times and I aware to you I talked in the kindest voice possible. There was one lady that worked one night but she barely works she said and she was so nice! We Chatted for awhile and she helped me find some fake beer since I don't drink. She made calls for me and actually stepped up to customer service and I wish she was the boss!

The hotel was overall ok. Room could have been a little cleaner. The staff was AMAZING!!!

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful Cons: Motel is outdated and dirty. I t really didnt look like it had been cleaned in months. I did not stay the second night. I didnt feel comfortabke sleeping the bed because the sheets did not look lkke they had been washed. Wont stay there again

My sister and I arrived very early in the morning with no reservation she got us a room right away and didn't make us wait until the standard 3pm check in time.she told me about the parking and passed along all sorts information needed to make our stay comfortable.

Location perfect, hotel so outdated. No USB connection, not enough outlets,doors hard to open pretty busted outside & bathroom doors, cabinet doors won’t stay closed, ice machine doesn’t work, very hot elevators and in building 1 where we stayed, you can only take cart to 1st floor still have to take stairs, not convenient when carrying luggage, place so outdated that the outside sign says color TV, however all front desk staff was very polite.

Problems from start to end of trip mold old furniture water leaks roaches they had parties almost every day I was there people sitting on your car in the lot won’t be back front desk doesn’t care

I liked the location of the hotel and the housekeeping was very friendly. However, we received a top floor which isn’t normally a problem with an elevator but due to the “age”of the elevator per front desk it only goes two flights below where they put us. So we had to walk two flights of stairs with our luggage and my oxygen and cpap and walker. I am handicapped and no one informed me about this issue when I booked this room. Also, i was charged $457.00 for the room and the room wasn’t but $330.00 total per the receipt front desk gave us. I am very unhappy and will not book this room again.
