Sea Dip

The property was nice and I never seen 1 bug! The rooms are spacious and I love the way the rooms are separated by their own door. We had the executive suite and it was perfect. Housekeeping could be a little nicer and actually make sure we are given the items we needed(towels,trash bags,etc) The parking is horrible! It’s all mainly across the street and very compacted.

The towel service was not your typical accommodative service. They pick up towels, wash, and then return the same towels once they are done with laundry. So I came back from the beach to shower and had to wait for over a hour for clean towels. There was a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The room wasn’t bad just not what I am use to. I won’t be back.

The rooms were outdated and horrible. The first rooom had water dripping from the ceiling, the beds and floors were wet and there was mold on the bed, ceiling, and walls. I was told it was humidity and it would dry. LOL. The bed protectors were nasty. The 2nd room wasnt much better, it was dry but there was still mold, and dirty vents and the bed was still the same. Expedia.com tried to get them to refund me but no luck. The pools were gross and dirty. And the stairwell was dirty, smelly, and humid. Around the 4th floor it smelled like someone was smoking weed. And you have to park across the street which was very tight spaces. Needless to say it was awful for our wedding trip, we even left a night early because it was so awful. Never again. Only good thing was the staff seemed happy to work there and we had an ocean view.

Enoued our stay. So glad they have an indoor, outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tobs. Good rooms with nice view.

I do not recommend SEA DIP OCEANFRONT MYRTLE BEACH SC until they learn how to clean & change FLITHY mattress covers in Room 312 I POSTED THOSE PHOTOS OF MY 4-5 hours at this hotel on 7/8//2024 did not stay there I left and went home the same day

The good: value pricing, two pools, two hot tubs, a small lazy river (best for kids, not adults), beach front property. A/C worked fabulously! Staff was friendly and helpful. Note there are two buildings, we stayed in the older one. It is dated and as others have stated need updating. It was clean, but as our trip went on the floors did get dirty as we tracked in sand from the beach. A broom or swiffer would have been helpful. The bedding is not top tier, but clean. For the price, would stay again. Our desire was to minimize our lodging costs as it was a place to sleep and shower, so we could splurge elsewhere.

Room was dirty floor sticky an very hot in halls an elevator. Small fridge.

It was nice!!

Would like to have newer kitchen area. Loved how it stayed cool.

Nice, affordable place. Stayed here before, will stay again.
