La chambre, très sombre, pas confortable. Très petite salle de bain. Pas de frigo ! Elle ne reflète pas la réservation faite. De plus l'hôtel était vide. Pour 3 nuits de réservation, ils pouvaient faire mieux. Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et jamais déçu. J'avais des réservations en juin et août et j'ai annulé

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The room/suite was beautiful and the view was outstanding.

It was very warm in the room.. no a/c available. But with windows open was able to keep the rooms comfortable.

Everything was great. The area, the facility and definitely the staffing.

They sent the room charge as 124. a night and booking.com charged 150. I thought I was getting a deal until the discrepancy was shared.

Hotel is old but refurbished tastefully. Restaurant was excellent. Creative breakfasts and dinners. Staff was very helpful.

Great location with easy access to cross-country ski trails. Recent upgrades to lobby and rooms, friendly bar/restaurant. Our favorite hotel in Jackson.

The hotels main floor has been totally updated. Beautiful neutral color scheme and modern furniture and artwork. Our stay was perfect. Got our favorite room and at 26% off. Stayed Sunday and Monday and ate at the pub. Both nights were running specials - Sunday was Italian dinner for two which included salad and dessert; Monday was Comfort Food special which included house draft beer or wine. Rooms are comfortable and bath is a good size.

I booked 2 rooms on relatively short notice. Using the hotel website I entered my dates for 2 nights and 3 guests. Two rooms appeared with a discounted price for paying now and being non refundable. I booked both rooms. The screen popped up to indicate that my booking was successful, then disappeared before I had time to review it. I received an email that confirmed one room soon after. I called the hotel to check that the reservation went through. The person I spoke with assured me that the two rooms had been reserved and apologized that it was not possible to send an email with the breakdown. When I checked out I found that I had been charged a higher rate for one of the nights. It was a non refundable booking with no indication of a higher rate for one of the nights. And no breakdown of the charges until checkout. The hotel refused to honor the advertised rate when I complained. This is a deceptive business practice and I would not recommend the hotel for future guests.

I Love that even though they are updating the decor, it still maintains that classic grand hotel feel.

Bathroom in room 106. Awkward step up, toilet too low to the ground. The walk in shower is great though.
