"Good"

Nice historic hotel with spacious parking

The restaurant staff is not helpful wheb we came to dine in, just told us rudely no table without reservation, not even suggest what time is available or what other options for us to go.

"Charming hotel in a beautiful location"

Charming classic hotel and beautiful location. Public areas were great to sit in and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

The crib for our 2 year old wasn't usable (too hard and no sheets) but they put some barriers up so she could sleep in one of the queen beds.

Felt like being at grandmas house. The beds were so comfortable and could not beat the view!

Having to carry bags up the stairs. Elevator was not working.

"Filthy linens"

Just location

Everything else was filthy with filthy linens. A fridge was randomly placed in the room, and you could see the linens in the photos. They had multiple holes and were yellowing. I didn’t even shower in that filthy place .

"It was very pleasant staying here, although numerous weddings on the same night made it noisy."

Lovely huge verandah to sit and have a drink watching the sunset. The scenery around the guesthouse is just beautiful. An historic and gracious place that makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. The little bar and restaurant were very useful at the end of the day. Tea and coffee available all day with takeaway cups and lids - very handy for an early getaway.

No fridge in room. We had to hire one at $10 per night.

"Memorable hotel in a beautiful fall seating. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly."

Beautiful old hotel set in a beautiful location.

Elevator was broken, however, the gentlemen at the front desk took care of hauling our luggage to the upper floors.
