Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable 😊. Really liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The air-conditioning was really welcome on one of the hottest days of the year.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

The towels had an extremely strong chemical smell from the laundry detergent. The odor was so overwhelming that I had to move the towels as far away as possible because I could hardly breathe. Nowadays, most hotels use neutral or very lightly scented laundry products. I would strongly recommend reconsidering this for the comfort of your guests. Another strange thing was that the clean towels were placed on the same shelf where guests would normally put their shoes. I have never seen this in any hotel before. During breakfast, the air conditioning was far too strong, making the dining area quite uncomfortable. In addition, the tables were cleared very slowly, so many of them remained dirty for a long time. Overall, the room itself was good, but these details significantly reduced the overall experience.

Excellent value for money, the aircon was amazing during the Great British Heatwave, good breakfast, comfy beds, and a perfect location as a stopover on the way to Wales. The staff was great, beds were comfy, the Dove toiletries were an appreciated bonus and would definitely stay again.

There didn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the amount of guests, but we did arrive late!

Both lifts out of service. My husband with 2 knee replacements had to struggle down the stairs ! There was no clear information provided by the staff what to do in case of lift breakdown. Why no disable rooms on the ground floor ? I had asked for a disable room and were put on the 3rd floor in a disable room. I did log a complaint with the assistant manager of the day , apologies was all I got. There should have been notices at the lifts advising people what to do. Notices take minutes !!
