Since the pandemic the service has suffered and staff is always changing. i.e. They can't seem to get the request straight these days. King bed, view of the park, this is all we have asked for the last 10 years, they constantly get it wrong now. Oh! and we used to get free upgrades because they knew us....

Beautiful property, excellent breakfast buffet.

They left us stranded at the airport even though we had pickup service from the hotel. They claimed that the driver was at the airport but he never showed up. We finally found a ride but we were unsure that we were safe until we got to the hotel. They didn’t seem all that concerned about us. We might not stay there again because of being left to fend for ourselves. We left two days early and no one offered any kind of a refund. I would have liked an explanation because they would not even close out our bill until the end of our scheduled stay. Bad policies from the airport pickup to checkout.

Very secure and the staff is very attentive.

You cannot take a walk down the street so to say. The property is surrounded by high speed roads.

We have truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The gardens are beautiful. The accommodations are wonderful wonderful the included dining dining has been amazing! The pool is nice and includes covered areas and hammocks. Everyone here has been so accommodating, friendly and just very happy.
