Historic unique elegant

Long walks in the halls . Unusual fittings on shower difficult to operate. Hard to load & unload car on front steps—no ramp slow service for breakfast

Really cool places to stay and the restaurants are fine. Just wonder why they don’t have a dress code for the Floyds bar would be way better.

"Super Location um die Gegend zu erkunden!"

Eine superschöne Location mit einem absolut freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal! Das Hotel ist ein „historisches“ Hotel, dass allerdings keine Wünsche offenlässt. Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr gut bei einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben das Hotel als Übernachtungsstopp bei unserer Durchreise nach Tallahassee gewählt. Der Ort selbst hat nicht allzu viel zu bieten, was für unsere Zwecke nicht nachteilig war. Im Touristenbüro haben wir einen Mitarbeiter getroffen, der uns ausgiebig über die nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touristenattraktionen informiert hat. Daher liegt dieses Hotel im kommenden Jahr auf der ToDo-Liste, um dort in der Gegend noch einmal alles abzuklappern.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Alles war in bester Ordnung.

The hotel and staff were wonderful!!

We also found out that if we had booked directly with the hotel instead of Booking.com we could have chosen a different room with a lower price.

Historic aspect

Room was not kept up, smell of mildew/mold in room, windows sealed shut so made it more apparent. Very loud and bright on the one side of the building.
