Tile in bathroom had broken pieces grout missing peeling inside of tub had to wiggle the sink faucet to get water one side only bathroom floor was dirty no fire or smoke detector

Needs a deep cleaning and uplift, old and dirty. Stained sitting, sheets and rough towels. Dead roaches in room and mosquito problem outside. Nice guy, but its not his fault.

It was ok, nothing special.

We knew it would be a great hotel because the price was cheap, but we did expect it to be clean. I had to take the mattress cover off because it was very badly stained. There was no way I was going to sleep on that mattress cover. Also, we didn’t have a night lamp between the small beds. My brother and sis in law also had a room at this hotel and their room was decorated more nicely than our room, but their room was very stinky. My brother’s room did have a night lamp between their small beds, but it didn’t work. It worked for one night, but we left early and paid double the price more the following night at a much nicer hotel. The saying is true - you get what you pay for.

The room was clean and updated but the hot water never got hot, the toilet would not flush without taking the lid off and putting chain on the bar to flush.

Booked reservation through hotels.com with emailed confirmation. Once we go to hotel, we were told our reservation was cxl even though we had confirmation. Patrick at front desk did find us a room. We walked to room, but could not get into room, as appeared to be locked from inside. Walked back to front desk to get keys for second room, which once we walked up to room there were 5-6 men grilling out of the back of their pickup in front of our room. There were several groups of men grilling in front of their rooms, as we walked to our room. Very unsettling being women in a poorly light parking lot. Room was outdated, but clean except for parts of insects behind bathroom door on floor. TV was broken, so tried to call front desk, but no phone in room. Called Patrick at front desk on my cell phone and was told would be addressed in am. Next morning at 9:00am we went to front desk to make sure it was reported and PJ, said he was aware and would have it changed out for us today. We returned back to hotel around 7:30pm, which we discovered our TV was never fixed nor changed out. We walked to front desk and PJ, said worker was late and would fix tomorrow. We asked, why and he became very rude to us. We saw new TV sitting in box and asked PJ to install. He came to room and tried to change out TV and was not able to get new TV to work. It was now 10:00pm, so we asked for a refund or discount and were told no. We asked for Manager and he would not give us the name or phone number. He was rude, so we asked him to leave. Next am, we went to front desk and PJ was at front desk. We asked for Owner, Bruce and he acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. We asked for Manager or Owner and would not give us any information or show any compassion or concern. Please be aware, as a women staying at this hotel, as it seems to be an extended stay type hotel with no other women patrons. Very outdated rooms, no maid service, broken bathroom sink, no TV, no phone, dead bugs on floor.

Lovely Clean modern rooms. Spacious and fresh. Plenty of room to move around with lovely grounds. There is nowhere to eat but breakfast can be provided. Staff very helpful and friendly to deal with. Family rooms are great as well with plenty of beds

The hotel has caring, responsive and extremely helpful staff/management that keeps this hotel clean and well maintained. It is a great, convenient hotel to stay for a night or longer. Wal Mart and the La Grange town square are both less than a mile away.

Friendly helpful staff for a late night arrival. Remolded spacious clean rooms with comfortable bed. Called hotel direct for reservation. Great place to stay when traveling though. Ate breakfast at local restaurant across street before left, excellent breakfast.

Couldn't believe it has 2 star rating. Large,clean rooms,everything in good condition. Great bed for sleeping,very comfortable. Owner and employees were friendly,pleasant attitude and willingness to help.
