Desire Riviera Maya Resort, Couples Only - Adults Only All Inclusive

The unique atmosphere exceeded our expectations. No-pressure resort, beautiful surroundings, intimate setting. All the positive reviews we read before our arrival were spot on. And to manage expectations, this is not a beach property. After a day on the premise, we understood why and were happy it was set up as an enclosed place.

The rooms were small and would need to be updates in the next few years. But it did not matter since there was so much to do outside the room.

The road leading into property needs major repairs. Pot holes galore. Hard to get pool chairs due to Members having first choice. Seems unfair since we are a paying customer as well

The location is beautiful. The beaches are clean and well maintain.

A comida é excelente, funcionários atenciosos, festas incomparáveis, playmakers animadíssimos. Os casais que ali frequentam são educados e diferenciados.

A organização na piscina poderia melhorar muito. Havia vários lugares reservados por toalhas, sem estar sendo utilizados por ninguém na maior parte do tempo. Se estivesse em alta temporada, poderia ter estragado nossa experiência no hotel.

Great staff! Clean property.

The pool and hot tub are rough. People were constantly complaining about how poor the finish on the inside of the pool and hot tub. It rubs the skin off your feet. Hot tub is way too hot. People had to sit on the ledge to cool off.
