Excellent service

We got room-2021 Ocean View. It is located next to a room with Jcuzzi. The jacuzzi's pumps are so noisy that it is almost impossible to sleep. After 2 nigths they changed the room, but the damage was done!!. The hotel is really good, but they knew the room was too noisy, so I feel like we were bad treated.

This was our first time visit to this resort (or one similar) and we found it to be very inviting and open without any uncomfortable pressure from others there. The Eden rooms were new and very nice, but the older rooms did not look bad and something we would possibly stay in also for future trips. This has been a bad year everywhere in the Caribbean with the sargassam seaweed. While this resort doesn't have much of a beach presence (one small area with a few cabanas), the pool environment more than makes up for it. We will definitely attend again.

The restaurants are nice and offer respectable menus, but the food is so-so. It was nothing bad but not the highlight of the resort. Our only other complaint was they offer and want to upsell some type of membership program, which we were fine with and agreed to an appointment to discuss it on the morning of our second full day. Prior to the appointment we were politely approached several times to check on us but also to remind us again of the appointment and confirm that we were coming. Again, not really an issue, all of the employees were nice. On the morning of the appointment we were awakened by a phone call again asking us if we were coming to the appointment which was still almost an hour away. That point crossed the line and became too pushy for us. After being given a hard no there was no further issue and I understand that they are trying to make their sales, but when you're trying to relax in paradise there's only so much engagement on that that you can take.

The whole resort is amazing as soon as you enter the front lobby. The vibe and outmosphere is fantastic.They have theme nights, and the disco is lit with their music every night. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. The staff are amazing, that's why we keep coming back. The housekeepers, battenders, servers, and gardeners always have a smile on their faces. We always get relaxing massages at the spa. We have great experiences every time we come. We are booked for November. We can't compare the resort anywhere else. The guests and staff are friendly.

The hotel has excellent staff. It is clean overall, but the older section requires renovation. Food overall was good.

El servicio y la comida son muy buenos.

La llegada al hotel es terrible, la via esta muy dañada y es la primera impresión que uno tiene antes de llegar al hotel. Adicional, habian minicucarachas en el lavamanos del baño de la habitación.

The spa / massage was amazing. Highly recommended

Property was nice and clean. Little too relaxed during the day for my expectations. Club music could be a lot better
