Property was close to the beach and many stores

It was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask.

The communication with Hosteva was great. There were a few urgent repairs that were taken care of in a super timely manner. That was really appreciated!!! Loved the layout it was exactly what I needed. The unit is a dated and needs painting which made it over priced!

Clean & Nice

We stayed in room PH56 and PH66, and it was very spacious for my family of five. Everything in both rooms was very clean, the rooms are exactly as pictured! The AC worked very well, and the beds were perfect. The kitchens have everything you need and great lighting as well as the bathrooms. Both rooms also offer a gorgeous view! We originally were booked for 5 nights and decided to stay for an extra night, and the owner was great at helping us make that possible. To stay the extra night, we had to move up to the PH66 room, which was not a problem at all, considering the owner didn't have to let us stay another night but went out of his way to make that happen. Overall, I don't have anything negative to say. This was our third year at this hotel, and we plan to go back next year!

the location was great. the proximity to the beach was great. the unit was on the first floor which is a bonus especially because there was always a line for the elevator.

the place was rather old. the floors weren't clean. the mattresses were old and there was sand in the bed. Was it even washed? I am afraid to even get the answer to that one. The refrigerator made a terrible noise throughout the night. the bedrooms were located next the corridor and elevator.

The location and view and access to beach and pool were amazing!

The room is not a it seems. Yes it's a great location, however, some updates need to be made. We walked in and it definitely was not like the pictures. The paint on the walls was like a child just slapped it on, they painted over things that shouldn't have been painted over. The bathrooms were newer, but the living room and dining were not. The dining room chairs, some have screws or nails that stuck out of the seat that cut our leg. Those need to be changed. The kitchen was stocked with things we needed to cook. There was a washer and dryer, which was convenient. Could've been a bit cleaner in the storage closets. The king bedroom dresser needs a new one, the drawers fall out when you open them. Not all the lamps work. The vacuum smelled really bad, we couldn't use it to vacuum, we just used the broom. Overall, it was a place to stay. Did it meet my expectations for cost? No. For what we paid, the place should've been better updated. I wish I knew this before I paid, I feel like we paid more than what the place was worth at the time. Other than that, if that doesn't bother you, it's a great location and you can park your golf cart on the side of the building if you rent one. Parking lot was close too. Pool facilities were very clean and acres to beach. Owners need to update, repair and make their units look nice.
