Great location. Room was nice and clean, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

No customer service at the property

The room was not ready even though we arrived 20 minutes after check in time. The curtains were missing hooks. There were not enough blankets for all beds. The sofa bed was horrible, I only opened it one night. I was told I would receive info on checking in 48 hours ahead of check-in. It was more like 24 hours ahead.

The apartment was clean, nice, easy instructions and plenty space. We absolutely enjoyed the location and how quiet the hotel was.

Upon arrival we dropped off luggage to the room and tipped the cleaning lady $20 for letting us put our things inside, once we got into the room and situated we noticed the couch was ripped and VERY uncomfortable even to sit on.. there were dirty dishes in the dish washer and the ones in cupboard were also dirty, the next morning the master bath toliet began to leak so I emailed the owner. He was prompt on returning my message and came over the next morning .. the "maintenance people" came and didn't have the things needed to fix said they'd be back and never returned and left the toliet unbolted so it tipped w every wipe. All in all I was satisfied with the view, location, the comfy bed and and the lazy river but cleanliness and being updated for the price 👎👎.. definitely not happy..

First of all the bad reviews either did not stay here or they are other condo owners scaring you away. The condo had everything I needed including a washer/dryer. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the A/C was cold and quiet with the bedroom door closed. Nice TVs and streaming services as well as high speed internet. Kitchen and bath all remodeled and plenty of towels. Door codes take some getting used to but doors lock good and I always felt safe. Living room furniture is a bit dated but I was on the patio watching the waves anyway so who cares! Other guests are mix of families with kids and older couples. Grounds and pool and hot tubs all nice and staff is always cleaning. My only issue was the kitchen in my condo could have used some extra cleaning, inside drawers were sticky and microwave not cleaned completely. I had to clean that myself but for the price, the condo and resort were worth it. Also 10am checkout is too early, 11am is what I am used to but other than that I had a great stay!
