"Made to feel not noticed and inadequate,"

The breakfast, the pool the location

Corporate. Being made to sit and wait an hour for a room that should have been ready an hour previously. Being sent emails stating Mr even though they had my passport. When wanting to leave being told to sit and wait because someone wanted to check the room. That is not the sort of establishment I wish to holiday in where they don’t trust their guests.

Loved our cottage room so close to the pool Pool was always clean and refreshing Buffet breakfast was great! Lots on offer Great location, between poppies 1&2 for shopping and easy to get around Opposite beach Grounds were immaculate always being looked after Beautiful greenery

We were not told on check in you couldn’t charge to your room unless you left a deposit (this had changed from 3 years ago) so anything we wanted around the pool etc we had to sign for every time (but worked in our favour as we had no bill on checkout) Pool loungers were hard to get unless you reserved on your way to breakfast like others did. No service around pool for drinks or eats unless you flagged down someone No pool snacks menu just everyday menu
