Beautiful Hotel, super clean, gorgeous garden's and pool area, brilliant restaurant with 15% off dinning bill for staying guests, food was amazing. Comfy, big clean rooms, comfy bed, huge bathroom. Cannot fault this resort. Walking distance to EVERYTHING, across road from Kuta Beach, fire works every night, located between Poppies 1 & 2, 100 mtr walk to Beach Walk Shopping Plaza. Everything at your fingers tips. Staff were super friendly. Will deffinately stay again on my next return to Bali. In the 14 times ive come to Bali this has been the best resort by far. Also great for people with assesability needs. 10/10

Location, location, location! Right in the center of heart-beating busy Kuta, yet so quiet and well hidden inside green paradise. Very well maintained facilities and excellent customer services provided by all staff, from breakfast and spa services to flexibility and understanding in reception to our challenging checking in/out timings.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of different options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and quiet at night. I would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, willing to help and approachable. Good location

The hotel has great things on offer, however this was not made obvious unless you went to the pool area and read the sign. It would be great if this information. Was provided in check in or in the room compendium
