"A not so hidden treasure"

"Good location, excellent staff, but hotel needs refurbishment"

Very good location. Staff at the hotel made the difference! Everyone was helpful.

The beds at the hotel are comfortable but the interiors of hotel are run down and outdated. Some bathroom tiles are broken and walls and floors have some mould. There’s a sewage smell in the bathroom. There’s a Bath in my bathroom but never used it due to its appearance- some stains that looked dirty.

"I love the place and the staff. It's just that hopefully they can improve the housekeeping"

The place and staff are really worth every penny.

I just lost one of my things. They don't clean much cause some of our rubbish on the bottom of our table are still there and the photos of us and some souvenirs that we bought was taken by the housekeeping and were never found when I reported it to them. They didn't do anything.

"Hoping to comeback again"
