Very nice place to stayed

I read a few reviews about problems so I made sure to book a suite instead of a standard room. Everything was ok (just ok) EXCEPT: we could clearly hear everything the people in the next unit were doing, including blowing their noses! You would think a log building would be more soundproof. Plus, there was no place to sit comfortably. The trundle bed is so high I almost had to jump to get onto it and of course you need at least a couple of large pillows behind you, there is one short hard chair, and the bed is a typical log frame which is also very high. It was a challenge just to find a place to sit to tie my shoes. A few other extra little touches would also make a big difference, like a hook or 2 in the bathroom. So bottom line, I would not return. Definitely not worth the price. One positive was the food and service at the on site restaurant.

I loved the wood cabin look and how they had two restaurants on their property.

Be aware no frig or microwave so only option is their restaurant. Food was good but not amazing for the price. Very understaffed. Cleaning staff barged into our room while we were still in bed. Manager didn't seem to care. Better off staying in GTNP if you can.

Best stay on our 10 day trip. Loved the staff and the facility. Food was great both meals.

First time in a hostel and did not know what to expect. Overall it was fine.

It’s very much like a cabin from the 50-60 but updated. The wood on the floors and ceilings is beautiful. Lovely restaurant, great staff

I pay $200 a night for a hostel room where I had to share a bathroom with three other rooms. It sucked

Not bad. Comfortable bed. Restaurant on premises but nothing else around.
