One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!

Fulton Lane Inn exceeded every expectation we had!! Great location, convenient to great shopping and dining, Everything we needed was within walking distance. Staff that we mainly interacted with was Daylon, Wylie and Morgan and they were all very professional, helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable! Special touches like breakfast delivered to your room and the manager's wine reception just added to the overall wonderful experience! The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about this establishment!! They really go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful time!! We will definitely be back!!

What a unique place. Not a typical box box hotel, but a truly unique boutique one. The staff are welcoming and so very friendly. The continental breakfast delivered directly to your room is a treat. Yes, the building is old, and not going to wow you with spectacular views, but the rooms are large, well appointed, and the convenience of the location can’t be beat.

Great location for easy access to dining and Market Street vendors. Parking was not free but was just steps away although the gate control system kept malfunctioning. Continental brkfst was good. Room and bathroom very clean. But water pressure very low. Overall highly recommended and will stay there again.

It is a charming well kept clean hotel well located in Charleston, within walking distance of both restaurants and places to visit. Parking is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful.It is good to know in advance that you order a continental breakfast which is brought to your room.

FLI’S King Street downtown location is 2nd to none in terms of walkable proximity to most top-notch restaurants, the City Market and tour kick-offs. Its adjacent, sizeable and relatively inexpensive carpark meant we just left our car safely there throughout our stay. The Inn’s bedroom/kitchen suite to which we were granted an upgrade proved very comfortable and the gratis breakfast served daily in our room an excellent touch to start each day. The staff proved excellent concierges, full of helpful Charleston info., and the nightly Manager’s wine and cheese reception a pleasant start for the rest of the evenings’ adventures.
