Fulton Lane Inn

We had never been the South Carolina or Charleston. We wanted to stay in the old town area so everything would be easy to walk to. We enjoy walking in new cities to see more of the history and experience things up close. I found Fulton Lane Inn online and liked the historical look of the building and rooms as well as its location in the old town area. Upon arrival we were greeted and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was very cute, and the bathroom was a good size. The whole room was very clean. The Inn is centrally located and we spent our time walking through Charleston. We stayed two nights before leaving for the next city on our trip. We really enjoyed out stay and we highly recommend Fulton Lane Inn. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is small, snug, and homey. Flawlessly clean and tidy, it features custom continental breakfasts delivered to the room, and classic Victorian/B&B decor. Located in three contiguous buildings with long history on Charleston's King Street shopping district, your stay includes evening wine&cheese events and a snifter of sherry after dinner. It is also nearby some of the best restaurants in the Charleston downtown area. We were also impressed with the attentive services, and the ability to have flowers delivered for a special occasion. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall feel was of a stay in a venerable family home.

Two mothers with two adult daughters GOOD: ~ comfortable room, beds, covers, pillows. Pretty decor, big windows ~ spacious enough for all 4 of us ~ quiet ~ excellent breakfast delivered to room ~ pleasant staff ~ great location, walkable to most sights COULD BE BETTER: ~ small table in the room; awkward for breakfast service ~ no coffee in room ~ bedside tables would be nice and there is plenty of space

The location of this hotel was perfect! On lower King Street, tucked away, it was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was continental only, but well presented. It was very clean. We were very happy with our selection and would absolutely return!

Celebrated our anniversary stay at the Fulton Lane Inn. The suite was beautiful, the service was great. Could not have asked for a better place.

I fully paid upfront and now after more than a week I am still awaiting the return of my deposit !

Friendly and helpful staff. Neat amenities like nightly port, wine and cheese, daily breakfast delivered to your room. Location could not be better! Everything in Historic Downtown Charleston was walkable and the hotel is literally steps from King Street.

The Inn was wonderful. The patking lot was a hassle. Everytime we moved our car and tried leaving the lot we had trouble getting out or bsck in!!!!

This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the best parts of Charleston. Close by to the markets, the waterfront, and historic district. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. The bed was comfy, though a bit soft for my taste. The morning sun was an absolute treat to wake up to, as well!
