"Good location for a short stay"

Direct access to the beach, enough parking lots, very good breakfast, size of the rooms, pool, walking distance to restaurants close to harbor and Kennedy Space Centre, the balcony with table and chairs.

Hotel needs some remodelling and painting, rates are rather high, Only one chair in the room.

"Great hotel on the beach"

Staff were great and very accommodating. Location was perfect. Phenomenal views. Comfortable bed.

The balcony wasn't clean, but not a big deal. Overall, we really liked it there.

"Its ok. 5th floor ocean view is worth it."

When making my reservation, the reservation specialist said they couldn't reserve a 5th floor room, but it wouldn't be a problem and not to worry... he put in the notes that I wanted the 5th floor. When I checked in, the lady gave me a 2nd floor room! She wouldn't change it. From the 2nd floor you can not see the beach, just partial waves... I knew it wasn't going to be a good view. The next morning, Gage arranged for me to be moved up to the 5th floor after someone checked out from the 5th floor. The 2nd floor shouldn't be the same price as the 5th floor... 2nd floor balcony view is pathetic compared to the 5th floor. Also, the hotel next to this one had some kind of biker event/party going on so we heard music and Harley Davidsons revving all evening and into the night, and into the morning. Its not this hotel, but it is the environment around the hotel that affects the experience.
